Akash Jadhav was Born and brought up in a small village Nagardev, Ahmednagar in an economically weak family.
In 2008, he started his job of rescuing snakes. Quickly, he became highly popular amongst the locals and was called about 5-10 times a day for rescuing different kinds of snakes in the local forest.

Akash Jadhav had to leave his studies after 7th class owing to the weak financial conditions of his family. However, it was something other than education or money that troubled them, it was how humans harmed snakes due to their wrong judgment, superstition, and lack of knowledge about first aid after snakebite.

In 2007, he came to know about his relative Sunil Bumble in Satara district. Sunil was involved in rescuing snakes from the surrounding area and Akash’s inherent desire to save snakes made his move to Satara. Though his family was totally against it and they did not give permission to Akash, but they did not bother to persuade him but left without this consent. Within 1 year, Akash had become proficient in rescuing snakes and called himself perfect in this art. Along with this, he also got information about different types of snakes in India and the consequences of their bites.

In 2008, he moved back to Ahmednagar and started the work of saving snakes. Within no time Akash Jadhav became highly Famous among the local people and was called around 5-10 times a day to rescue different types of snakes.
